Data Collection & Use

Purpose: We collect your name, address, and email solely to fulfil your orders and comply with UK tax records.

Third Parties: We share data only with essential partners: our payment processor (to take payment) and our suppliers / courier (to deliver your item).

Retention: We keep order data for 6 years to satisfy HMRC requirements.

Your Rights

2. Terms & Conditions of Sale

The Contract

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Made-to-Order Items (Non-Returnable)

Our photographic prints and frames are created specifically according to your order’s specifications.

Exemption: Under UK law, these items are “made to the consumer’s specification” and are therefore exempt from the statutory 14-day right to cancel or return for a “change of mind.”

Policy: Once an order is placed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your art arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or print defects), please notify us within 48 hours including photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Returns

If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, Flexihouse Ltd will arrange a collection and cover the costs of the return. We remain responsible for the risk of loss or damage during this return transit. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the fault is found to be the result of customer misuse or damage occurring after delivery / in their possession.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the physical artwork does not grant the buyer any copyright or reproduction rights. All images remain the intellectual property of the Artist.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
